My ultimate goal is to sell your home faster and for a higher price. In order to achieve that I will conduct a two-hour FREE consultation providing a detailed checklist of items at the end.

Together we will decide if you want to do the checklist yourself or ask me to coordinate and execute the plan. During the Staging process I will use your existing furniture and decor as much as possible. If your existing furniture pieces do not work for the design or need to be replaced or your house is vacant, I can recommend furniture, accessories and decor to purchase or rent. I do have access to qualified resources for painting, repair, purchase/rental.

By staging your home I will elevate your home to its full potential and create an environment that captures a buyer’s imagination.

I have the training and knowledge to showcase your home’s best features and potential, while identifying needed repairs and other areas requiring attention both inside and outside your home.
